Strong points: rich, dark colors to contrast the light/nectar effects — love the read of her blouse. The almost angelic halo is interesting as well, though not sure of the meaning (if any). Her pose is great and again works to provide an angelic quality.
Weak points: the hummingbird is a bit too undefined especially in the head. This gives it a bug/hummingbird/faerie feel, but it would be nice to have just a bit more detail. The abstract dark vertical lines to her left give texture but don't really convey anything, so they look more like scribbles than elements.
